Installation of a keyboard from maxikeys.com used to take 3 settings:

1. Allow installation of apps from unknown (not-Market) suppliers
2. Enable Maxikeys
3. Set Maxikeys as default keyboard

, this is not changed. The difference is, now there is a view, which guides you in the process, and leads you to the correct settings.

Also, you will have a reminder at installation, if you haven't installed a keyboard before installing maxikeys. And if you start maxikeys without having installed a keyboard, you will see an error page.
